25 years of excellence

 

We can’t believe that Moulds Accountants has hit the milestone of 25 years of delivering excellent accountancy and advisory services to our clients, but that’s because how can we be that old! 

 

What a journey the last 25 years have been. Moulds Accountants has evolved and grown since it was first set up in 1997 by Stephen and Karen Moulds. With Stephen fresh out of industry and offering FD work as well as the usual compliance based services, and Karen managing what fast became a busy office based in Wetherby, the business firmly established itself as a proactive practice offering a reliable and quality service. Since then, the business has gone from strength to strength with a team of 8 people delivering a mix of compliance and business advisory services to the Leeds, York, Harrogate and Wetherby area. Joined 7 years ago by their daughter, Victoria, the business continues to invest in new technology and ways of working to stay ahead of the game. 

 

As a forward-thinking accountancy practice, we have always been looking for ways to make improvements for our clients and enhance our services. This is why we offer such a broad range of advisory services to help our clients to better understand their accounts, guide them through business decisions and provide outsourced services that complement in-house resources. 

 

We provide a proactive approach to accountancy that ensures that our clients plan ahead and make tax savings, can forecast and plan effectively to navigate all eventualities. We also extended our services to include cloud accounting software and virtual services to offer efficiencies and a modern accountancy services. 

 

But even we couldn’t ever have predicted or planned for the perfect storm that the pandemic, Brexit and war in Ukraine have brought. However, we have been there for our clients, helping them weather the storm by providing additional support and guidance including free furlough support and guidance. And with Victoria at the helm, we will continue to be there for our clients for many years to come and will continue to innovate our services to offer the best possible solutions for our clients.
