Switching Accountants
People often worry that switching accountants will be a difficult process but in reality it is a usually a straight forward handover and one that follows a professional protocol.
Once you have signed up with us you can let your current accountant know that you are leaving and that we will be in touch shortly to request handover documents. They will request that you sign a disengagement letter with them and settle any final fees owed before they correspond with us.
At Moulds Accountants we aim to keep the process short, simple and easy. Once you’ve confirmed we can go ahead we will contact your previous accountant and request the handover documents we need to get set up. We will then liaise with you to get a few forms signed so we can deal with HMRC on your behalf and that’s it.
